Our Story
From humble beginnings to nationally recognised projects
Founded in 2008, Mondliv started as a small team of specialists dedicated to fire protection and metal structures. The first projects were modest, but each stage meant learning and the desire to build a solid company focused on excellence and safety.
The foundations of a vision
With a turnover of just a few tens of thousands of lei in the first year, Mondliv faced financial difficulties but managed to define its strategic direction: quality, seriousness and compliance with standards. The first significant contracts came by 2012, with small projects that had a big impact on building our reputation.

Accelerated growth
Starting in 2013, the company doubled its capacity, entering the market for more complex projects. Turnover exceeded 500,000 lei in 2017, and the team grew to over 10 employees. This was the period when Mondliv began rigorously applying international standards, building internal processes aligned with ISO requirements and raising the quality bar.
Consolidation and maturation
With a turnover of over 1 million lei in 2018 and a significant net profit, Mondliv entered the league of nationally recognised companies for professionalism and execution. Despite the challenges of 2020, including losses caused by the pandemic, we managed to adapt, maintain our team and remain a trusted partner.
Expansion and major projects
After 2021, Mondliv experienced accelerated growth, reaching a turnover of over 4 million lei in 2023 and building an impressive client portfolio. Adherence to the strictest quality and safety standards allowed us to win major contracts, deliver over 500 projects and consolidate a team of dedicated specialists.
